REFUND/RETURN POLICY.

-order only refunded if damaged in transit as whatever happens to the item is no fault of mine, i double check all products before sending them out x

-no returns on MYSTERY BOXES.

if you would like to return an item you have to cover the cost of the return x

please dont return damaged products or worn earrings as there unable to be sold again

i will always ask for proof of any damaged products ect before i issue a refund.
